When you submit a contact or checkout form we collect your name, email address, phone number, and country. Standard server logs including IP addresses are retained for security for up to 12 months.

3. How we use your data

Your data is used exclusively to respond to enquiries and deliver projects. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. We never store card details.

4. Payment data

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. under their Privacy Policy at stripe.com/privacy. We receive only a payment confirmation. We do not process or store card data at any point.

5. Cookies

We use a language preference cookie (cr_lang) and a cookie consent record stored in localStorage (cr_ck). No advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies are used.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. Contact hello@crescentcopywriting.com. We respond within 30 calendar days.

7. Data retention

Project-related data is retained for 7 years for accounting and legal compliance. Enquiry data not resulting in a project is deleted within 12 months.
